whats next?

Hi all!

I havent posted for a while, and for a good reason. I feel myself between two stages of life, but the funny thing is that i dont really know what will come. Either work or else?

The college is over, i graduated, I applied for work at a couple of places, and we will see. The problem is that i want to continue studying but without money its not easy, I also want to do a lot other things, but till i have some answers i cant really start them. Its quite frustrating and demoralizing.

So this is why i dont really post nowadays. Nevertheless i post some pics about what happened to me since my last posts.

Hopefully i will have some answers soon!
after eating a whole melon! Balaton lake.

with dad and bro at Balaton, after my bro's graduation

After graduation with friends

So i will be back, hopefully soon!

Have a fruitfull day, all of you!

what happened recently?

I havent posted anything recently so its time to do it!
I had to study a lot, and apply for jobs at several places, and medical, psychically and psychological test everywhere. Cos I applyed to some "special" and to dangeorus job. :) (its funny to say that but its true.)

I was also focusing on training recently. Besides the usual hard weight training, I started to run very seriously, about 10km every day, after gym. And yoga of course almost every day.
So because of all these things I did not have time to post, and I also collected my thoughts and pictures.

I am very happy nowadys cos the weather is sooo good around here, I always sunbath at weekends at home or at my mothers place.

Last week I was at home,(Pécs-southern Hungary, where I and my dad live 2010-cultural capitol of europe, with Istanbul...) I had a very good walk with my father, here are some pics. :

we saw this funny dog while walking up the hill

All the trees were in flower! I love it.

Isnt it beautiful?

Pécs is situated at a mountainside, the mountain Mecsek is not a big mountain, only 600m high, but has some beautiful places. This is the city from one of the big hills. Its close to our home, so it did not take long to visit this place with dad.

We also have a garden, a little farther from the city, about 5km from our home. I go there always when I come home, cos I planted a lot greens there :)

This is a tulip in the garden, my grandma planted it.

Last weekend I had an amazing bike trip with my friends. I was very happy that we could arrange this ride cos we could hardly ever meet, everybody learns or works at different places. So I was glad that we could meet. In the "old" days :) we started hiking together, at the age of 14 we started with 30km, and every weekend we increased the kms, even up to 100km on foot! without stop! that was the most I have done without rest but I am planning to do it again or even increase!

so, here are some pics:

When I am at home I can eat my own lettuces from the garden, organic, fresh :) I planted, i picked, I ate. perfect.
I realized that how much I love green smothies. Simply bananas and lettuces. This way I had 5-6 head of lettuces a day :)

I also love mono orange smothies, no water added. This we I can eat about 3kg of oranges at once. I eat them and never drink them! :)

I have some pictures that I made during this week, check them out! :)

I made these pic in the dorm, Budapest. I started to eat the oranges with lettuce, even as a salad, very good, not mono, but still good for the last meal. I addes some tomatos for the taste :)

you can see that I eat a lot. But this is becaues oranges are much cheaper than bananas now and i have to eat much more from oranges for the same ammount of calories. I actually really love them, if they are ripe!

Now I am at my mothers place, Soponya, little village. We also have a little garden here where I work usually, I planted a lot greens here some weeks ago and also made a compost for my mother :)

yesterday when I arrived I was very tired, I was at a millitary hospital all day, they checked my blod, urine samples, eye, ears, and much more what I dont want to mention here.... :)

so when I finally arrived her I went out to the lake nearby to relax a bit. I did the five tibetans and also meditated for a while there.

I felt much more energized after it.

so. This is pretty much what happened to my recently.

I feel very happy now for numeorus reasons. I have only one week left from the school, though after I will have the final exams. I am also happy because I am planning to visit a fellow raw vegan in Wien,(Vienna). I have to tell that I havent met any nor do I have met any vegans after one years of 811! Basically I got my support and motivation from internet, I shared my thoughts with friends all over the world. But this time I can meet someone who thinks and feels and lives the same way as I do.

I met her at the 30BAD so thank you Freelea and Harley for creating this site.
So I am looking forward to meting her, more than anything else.

Thank you guys for reading, I hope you enjoyed it, at least the pics.

busy busy busy.... really?

Busy busy busy.... its a word that I dont really like to use nowadays but I have to admit at least to myself that its true now. Or is it?
As the final exams and graduation comes closer things get a little crowded. Getting up early, 6 am, and going to bed late. I start to feel the need of a good and pleasant rest. Usually I can get i tat weekends. yes I know that its not the best but this is all I can do.
well as I said I things are a little crowded nowadays but I make them more crowded

In addition to learn after uni and to be there 8 hours a day I never skipped training.
And this is what I want to talk about now a little bit.
As I learn and grow nowadays I percieve things different than others and different than I used to.
As we realize that time is infinite and everybody has the same ammount every day no matter who he is , be a president or a beggar. As we realize that we only face problems and things to do that we attracted to ourselves and there are not things like „must do” or „I have to” cos ultimately we want them. The problem is that most people want only the result and the successes without the work that is needed to achieve it even when in most cases thats more important.

If you want the end result, you have to want the work.

If you dont want to do for it then you dont really want it.
If you want to be a marathon runner then you have to love running!

Complaining about others and blaming the circumstances out of our very control will never gonna lead to success and to things we desire.
Its sad but this is what I see in everyday life. People are totally out of control of their life. They work for late ours hating the work they do and hating the life they have, but one thing is common that they dont really want to change it.

I only have a couple of hours freetime these days but still, I go to gym every day and after I go and run that 5-or 10 km every afternoon or nights. Why? Cos thats what I want, this Is what I love to do. I want to be fit, so I do for it. I want to win copmetitions so I train for it. I want to speak other languages so I study every day, even if its only a coupple of words that I can learn a day.
A life without purpose and goal Is not really a life. I want a life thats worth living!

So what did I do today? Let me tell it:

I got Up at 6:30 am then I headed to the uni. I was there for 1300
then came a short visit to the local market where I bought my fuel for today and tomorrow.
from 14-15 Gym- training
then after eating my after train meal what was of course bananas I headed to the dorm.
After I arrived I read a while to gain some motivation and strenght cos I also wanted tor un a little bit.
16- yoga, streching, some push-and pull ups and of course the 5 tibetans!
after this little warming up I was ready to move! Where? To the lookout tower nearby that I mentioned my last post. so it made up 7 km. It has some very steep places so it was fun. 
actually it was all the training that I done today, I do this almost every day or even more at weekends if I can.
I pretty much eat only oranges and bananas nowadays, with some lettuce sometimes and some dates.

now I check my emails and 30BAD of course I grab some oranges and lettuce and read a little bit then sleep I guess. 

I finished my last book recently about the centenarians of the andes. Now I am reading an amazing short e-book from James Allen: As A Man Thinketh.

Awesome and mind blowing must read book fo everybody who want to be in control of his/her life.
its short and easy to read. It can be downloadaed free at the higenic library. I read it second times cos its so good. Probably I will read it many more times.
I try to help people nowadays achieving their goals. I see that they want it but dont do for It. But they only have to start it and take the first step and when they really believe themself that it can be achieved then it is. They have to trust in themselves enough, enough to do what said to be impossible what others said that they cannot do or be or have.

so if there are anybody out there reading this post right now thinking about what they want to do or what they have always wanted to do but never could because reasons out of their control, if you want to change something in your life, then do it! Take the first step in faith! Take it now, dont wait for others and dont blame the circumstances and believe in yourself. Each and every one of us has problems and times of hardship, its natural, dont fight them, rather accept them and the world will opens up for you.

„Cherish your visions; cherish your ideals. Cherish the music that stirs in your heart, the beauty that forms in your mind, the loveliness that drapes your purest thoughts. For out of them will grow all delightful conditions, all the heavenly environment; of these, if you but remain true to them, your world will at last be built.”

weekend at last

I had a very very busy week. I am glad that it ended. I had to study a lot and finish my college certification(diploma work). I also applyed to 4 works, I sent letters and cv and etc...

I trained almost every day, running and weight lifting. Training was my only relief from other thing. really.

I can say that this was almost my most busy week for a long time. I see people saying that they dont have time for training or to be healthy. And I look at their actions and I see that yeah, they are right, they dont have time for things like running, or bb. Why? Cos they do something else. They watch tv or surf on the internet all day long, not knowing what they are really looking for.

The thing is that everybody have the same amount of time every day! Its up to us how we spend it. Whether we spend it in the nature planting trees or in the room watching youtube vids, its our decision.

I always want to do something important every day. I read every day, so this way I can read 3-4 books a month, in hungarian, english or german. Nowadays people dont even read at all, and this is really sad thing, cos you dont need a lot of time, couple of ours a week and its done. And you can combine things, like reading while eating(I do) or while traveling.

I also learn languages every day. I always listen to german language lessons when I walk in the city, this way I listen about 1-3 hours a day! :) while doing something else. :)

I just want to say that there is more than enough time to everything. I always find some freetime when I need it.

So back to my week :)
I come to my mothers place this weekend. Its a small village, about 80km from the capital, not really far but still... far from the noisy crowded ctiy.

I spent a lot in the garden this weekend. I planted lettuces and celerys, and some wild greens(later)
I made a compost hole in the garden and explained my mother why is it important. I actually tought her about organic gardening :) Its funny :) and I explained why mono cultures are not as good as a properly combined garden.

I also planted strawberries, what my grandmother gave me:

I also got some bananas and some frozen fruits :)

My grandma used to give me bubble gums and chips ans candies...

My bro come home this weekend from Germany and I made a big green salad for him :)

Its from lettuces and cucumber plus some wild herbs I collected in the local forest.

Its in season so the forest was full of it!
Check this out:

Its amazing, isnt it?
Its all edible. Wild, organic. I was walking there and eating right from the ground :)
Its called "medve hagyma" what is "bear onion" In straight translation :) Probably there is an english name for it.

Long story short: I have had a very good weekend and I feel more energetic and relieved.

Thanks for listening!

dorm life :)

hi guys

I spend the entire weekend at Budapest, in the dorm. I did not want to go home cos I have to learn and do some homework.

This week was crazy. I was training and running all day. I was in gym 4 times and I will go tomorrow also so its 5 for the week. And I run 6 times, I just came back from a solid 7 km, i did it yesterday too.

The more I run the better i feel, really. In 811 I feel there are no limits. I think once we understand that there are infinite possibilities we can really live our life that we really want.

Do you live your dreams or just dream your life? ask yourself. :)

today i had:
2 kilos of oranges in the morning
8 bananas after(in the local market)
4kilos of oranges after running
this is so far, Probably I will have more oranges later.

I made some pics for you on my run:

these the oranges i bought today, 11kg

getting ready to run

this is the place where I usually run, its 3.5 km form the dorm. I always go up to the lookout tower, (in the middle of the pic)

This is it. its very popular when the weather is good.

look! I come from there.
Nice view from the tower.

refueling after the run

this is what I read now: organic gardening guide(hungarian)

I hope you enjoy my pics!

McDonalds at Greenexpo?

Hi folks!

I spent the weekend in Budapest cos I had some plan.
One of them was a movie marathor in the local cinema... but this is not qoute important though it was fun :)

I also visited the Greenexpo and Gardenexpo in sunday. There was also an orchidea exhibition, or show. The whole thing was about environmental protection and gardening and recycling.
I really enjoy this kind of things and I always go and see them.

It was fun of course, I saw many beautiful flowers and garden stuff.

But there was one thing I did not understand...
McDonalds was also there.

A guy, dressed as robert mcdonald, talked about environmental protection and how mc do this.
fuck, of course it was directed to zhe little ones cos he had a little show for them.
I was really upset... Even here, in a garden show, kids see mcdonalds... and even believe that they do a good thing when they buy mc stuff...

The sad thing is that its all about money, and mc know that the little ones will be potentional customers and potential cancer patients as well... but this nobody tell them.

So be careful where you bring the kids, cos nowadays, you cant know what will you find..
This is what I bougth yesterday:

where is your protein, ...or rather where is your commitment

Hi!
I dont have much time recently, and this is a good thing cos I train a lot! :)
I Trained this week 5 times (weight lifting) and I also run every day. I realized that the more I move the better I feel. I think this is a big key in staying on track on raw food. We have to use the energy that is given us. Especially in 811, the more I train the better fruit tastes :) much better digestion and better mood at all.
It also helps me eat more than I would otherwise.

Check out this huge orange! (was not so good as it looks like...)

Today I had:
-2.5 kg of oranges and plus a couple grapefruits (best oranges ever! sweet and juicy)
- 15 bananas( very good and ripe ones)
-0.3kg dried mango
-0.5kg dried peaches(lots of calories in there)
-2 stalks of celery
its about 3000-4000cals,

I also eat kiwis nowadays, some of them is huge!

I really started to see Improvements both in muscle mass and endurance. Its inbelivable how much faster I recover and heal after trainings. If I cut myself or anything, it heals twice as fast as it used to. But I used to consider myself a healthy person also when I ate meat and everything. I eat one big salad every day and lot of fruits but added a lot of chicken... farmed... :( I did not know anything about them that time...
Nor did I know about calories, and how important they are, my only concern was protein... the old story...

the problem is that most people still believe the protein mith. My roomates commented that I dont eat any protein and that I used to be much muscular.... Of course, I losed weight, but gaining back. They are saying this when they dont train at all, I outlift all of them and outrun. they always tired and complaining etc... I guess its not an unknown story to others like me :)

However its really annoying, I find it usefull, cos it makes me train even harder and run faster and lift more, and so I can show that its possible to be strong and healthy and not the lack of protein is the reason why they are not strong or why they dont win... its the lack of commitment and steadiness.
